There is now an exemption for employers providing paid leave to an employee for the purpose of volunteering as a poll worker with a county election board in Oklahoma.

An extension extends the time you have to file your return until October 15, 2026. If you need to pay taxes, you are required to pay the amount due by April 15, 2026.
You need to pay 90% of your taxes by April 15, 2026. If you pay late, you may be charged a 5% late penalty and interest (1.25% per month) on any unpaid taxes.
If you expect an Oklahoma refund:Your Oklahoma extension is automatic with an accepted federal extension. If your federal extension is not accepted, an Oklahoma extension can be requested with Form 504-I.
