Do I include my military wages as income if this isn't my home state?

No.

If you're a military member stationed outside your home state, your military wages are only taxed by your home state. Don't include your military wages in this case. Only include any wages from a nonmilitary job.

Military Spouse
Your nonmilitary spouse's wages and personal service business income are not taxed by this state if your spouse is here only because of your military orders.
