Ohio 2018 Tax Updates

Ohio made a few changes for 2017 tax returns. The lowest two tax brackets have been reduced to zero, guaranteeing that anyone with Ohio taxable income of $10,650 or less will owe no tax. If a dependent taxpayer, your exemptions will now always be the same as on your federal return.

Minor changes were also made to the health insurance deductions, underpayment interest calculation, and tax rates for a couple of school districts.
