Connecticut 2018 Tax Updates

Connecticut had very few changes for tax year 2017. The most notable is that the Connecticut rate for Earned Income Tax Credit decreased. Contributions can also now go to the Mental Health Community Investment Account Fund as an additional option.

In addition, if you're claiming the Angel Tax Credit, you'll need to provide your voucher number and indicate if you are the original owner of that credit certificate. Form CT-AIT is no longer required to claim this tax credit.
