The Colorado department of revenue made a few changes that will affect the 2017 tax year. Two new deductions have been added. The First Time Home Buyer Savings Account deduction will help Colorado residents save for their first home. The new Agricultural Asset Lease Deduction is now available. Colorado also added a new credit for rural frontier health care preceptors.
