Arizona 2018 Tax Updates

For tax year 2017, the Arizona Department of Revenue made a few changes to its tax laws. The standard deduction amounts increased, the tax calculation was adjusted, and several common credit limits increased.

Additionally, Arizona added a new form (Arizona Form 203) for injured spouse protection. If you're filing a joint return and your spouse owes past-due taxes or other specific obligations, you can apply for protection so your portion of the Arizona refund doesn't get applied to your spouse's debts.
