Satisfied customer for many years
FreeTaxUSA is a great tax filing program. Have been a customer for over 5 years and never had any issues or concerns. Simple to use, thorough questions and thorough explanations addressing a multitude of tax issues. Save features worked well also. My filings are mostly simple, but for my purposes, this program is more than satisfactory. Direct customer service help when I needed further clarification was quick and courteous. And best of all, my refunds are processed extremely fast, so I'm always satisfied in that regard!

Much easier than Turbo Tax
I have used Turbo Tax about 3 times for myself and helped my grown children use it several times as well. It is so much more frustrating than FreeTax USA. This was much easier and straightforward. I will use it again next year.

A prep sheet would help if adjusted for the particular filing (1040 individual; small business, self-employed, etc.) would help so that filer has need info in hand before starting.
