Great tax software
Have been using it for a while - I think its ideal for folks who are somewhat comfortable with their tax returns. Multiple w2s, rental property, donations, retirement rollover, investments, etc. great checks and balances and things you may overlook.

Tax filing made easier
I hate doing my taxes. But I hate paying someone to do it even more. I have used other tax prep sites but have found that Freetaxusa is so much easier.

Tax Filing
Unlike TurboTax or H&R Block, free tax USA is an awesome program that is very intuitive and easy to use. And the big bonus is that the federal tax return is actually free and the only thing you end up paying for is the state return for 14.99 which is obviously a minimal amount of money to be charged. I couldn’t be happier with this program and I highly recommend it to anyone that has any interest in finding an easier way to do their taxes.

Straightforward for common tax filing
Overall, pretty good. The user interface is easy, and I like how you can click on the information icon to read in depth instructions. One problem I had is that they do not inform you have to mail in supporting documents if you summarize you 1099-B while initially filling out stock information. However, they provide the necessary steps and documents needed to mail to the IRS.
