How do I retrieve a forgotten username or password?

Recover your username on the Forgot Username screen .

Reset your password on the Forgot Password screen .

Please go to the Sign In screen. Click Help me get into my account to recover your username and password using the phone number on your account.

If you do not have a phone number associated with your account, you can then click either the Forgot Username or the Forgot Password link to retrieve your username and/or password using your email address instead. In order to retrieve your credentials you will need to provide all the required information. If the information you enter is correct, you will be sent an e-mail, text, or phone call with your username or password reset code.

If you requested your username or password reset code via email through one of these links, and you did not receive the email with your username or password reset code, then check your junk/spam folder. The easiest way to ensure that you receive the email is to add our support address to your contact list or list of trusted senders. After that, try requesting your username or password through one of the links again.
