I never received my username via email when I submitted the information on the Forgot Username page.

Please check your spam/junk folder. Some email services will put the emails we send out for Acceptance, Rejection, Billing Receipts, Forgot Password, and Forgot Username into the junk folder of your email account. The best way to ensure you receive emails from us is to add our support address,, to your contact list or list of trusted senders.
