Questions & Answers

What if I lived in a Pennsylvania jurisdiction that imposes a local income or earnings tax on Maryland residents?

If you are a resident of Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, or any other local Pennsylvania jurisdiction that imposes a local income or earnings tax on Maryland residents and you received salary, wages, or other compensation for personal services performed in Maryland, you'll need to file Form 515, Nonresident Local Tax Return instead of the regular Form 505, Nonresident Tax Return.

Unfortunately, we don't support filing Form 515 at this time.
