Who is a full-year resident of Maine?

You're a full-year resident of Maine if your permanent home was in Maine for all of 2020. A temporary absence from Maine doesn't make you a part-year resident.

You're also a full-year resident of Maine if you had a permanent place of living in Maine for the whole year and you spent more than 183 days in Maine. Any part of a day spent in Maine counts as a full day.
