Questions & Answers

Do I need to file Form D-30?

If you have gross income, from District of Columbia sources, of more than $12,000 from any business or business activity you must file District of Columbia Form D-30, Unincorporated Business Franchise Tax Return. This is a separate tax return from your District of Columbia individual income tax return. Unfortunately, we don't support the District of Columbia Form D-30 business tax return.

If you need to file a District of Columbia Form D-30 tax return, go to the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue website and download Form D-30. Then fill it out and mail it to the District of Columbia Office of Tax and Revenue.
