What is the Retirement Tax Credit?

You, and/or your spouse if filing jointly, could receive a retirement credit of up to $450 per person born on or before December 31, 1952. The credit is limited by the total of your modified adjusted gross income, nontaxable interest income, and any Utah additions to income. We'll calculate the credit and fill out Form TC-40C for you if you qualify.
