What is Utah's Military Retirement Credit?

The Military Retirement Credit is equal to 4.55% of all taxable military retirement or survivor pay reported on DFAS Form 1099-R for you, or your spouse (if filing a married joint return). You cannot claim the Military Retirement Credit if you claim the Retirement Tax Credit.
