Where are the answers to my support questions?

To view responses from Support, click Support at the top of the screen. If you have submitted issues to Support, you should see a list that includes the subject, the status, and the last time the issues were updated.

Click View next to an issue to see the issue and any responses from support. You can scroll to the bottom of the page to see the entire message thread. All of your communications with Support will be listed with a date and time.
