Where do I enter Form 1310, Statement of Person Claiming Refund Due a Deceased Taxpayer?

Taxpayer Date of Death: Menu Path: Personal > Taxpayer Information

Spouse Date of Death: Menu Path: Personal > Spouse Information

Form 1310 Information: Menu Path: Misc > Personal > Deceased Taxpayer or Spouse (Form 1310)

If you are preparing a decedent tax return, enter the date of death on the Taxpayer or Spouse Information screen.

Form 1310 is only needed if the decedent's tax return has a refund and you aren't a surviving spouse or court-appointed executor.

If you need Form 1310 you can enter it from the Misc menu.
