What if I have both capital gain distributions and nominee dividends?

If any of your nominee dividends are related to your Box 2a, Total Capital Gain Distributions, you'll need to reduce Box 2a by the amount of the nominee dividends related to your capital gain distributions. Also, reduce the amount of nominee dividends you entered by the same amount.
