How can I save my tax return onto my hard drive?

Once you've completed your tax return, you can view the status of your return or download and print a copy of your return on the View Return Status and Print Your Copy screen.
To download a copy of your return, simply click on the Download button. If you click on the View button you can view your tax return in Adobe Reader. If you don't have Adobe Reader, you can download it for free. From Adobe Reader you can also click the Save button (disk icon) in the top left corner of the page to save a copy of your return on your computer.
From Microsoft Edge PDF Viewer, click on the Save button (disk icon) in the top right corner of the page to save a copy of your return on your computer.
