What if I don't receive my GO2bank™ debit card?

Your GO2bank debit card should arrive within 7-10 days after the IRS accepts your tax return. You can find where your GO2bank debit card was mailed by clicking the Account link at the top of the screen, Account Info, then clicking the View button next to GO2bank Information. You will also receive email updates from GO2bank about your card delivery to the email address on your GO2bank account.
