What if I don't have access to my phone?

If you don't have access to your phone, try using email or a different method of two-step verification to sign in. Or you can try signing in from a device you've used before to see if you can skip the verification code on that device. If you don't have other methods of two-step verification enabled, you can't gain access to your account and you'll have to create a new one.

I need to change my phone number
You need to be fully signed in to your account to change your account's phone number. Try getting your verification code sent to your email instead. Then once you've fully signed in, you can change your phone number using the Account menu.
