What if I don't have a phone number attached to my FreeTaxUSA account?

If you don't have a phone number listed on your FreeTaxUSA account, you won't be able to recover your username or reset your password using your phone number. You can still recover your username or reset your password using your email address on the Let's get you back into your account screen.
