We generated a list of 12-character emergency codes for you. You should've printed this list when it was generated. If you did, look for that list and enter an unused emergency code on this screen. If you didn't, try using a different method of verification. If no other verification methods are enabled for your account, you can't gain access to your account and you'll have to create a new one.
