Yes. You'll only get a partial credit (or no credit) if your adjusted gross income (AGI) is in the following range:

Filing Status	AGI Phaseout Range
Married Filing Jointly	Between $160,000 and $180,000
Single, Head of Household, or Qualifying Surviving Spouse	Between $80,000 and $90,000
