Will I get a Form 1095-A?

You'll receive a Form 1095-A from the Marketplace if you or your family members were enrolled in a health plan through the Marketplace in 2025.

The Marketplace may send you more than one Form 1095-A if:

• Members of your household were enrolled in different health plans.
• You updated your family information during the year.
• You switched plans during the year.
• You had family members enrolled in different states.
