What if the IRS or state reduces my refund?
If the IRS or state delays your refund, or if they reduce or offset your refund so that it's not enough to cover the cost of your order, we'll send you an email to let you know and to give you instructions on how you can pay for your FreeTaxUSA order.
If you don't pay for your order within 45 days, we reserve the right to debit your bank account for the amount due and send you a notification. See your Refund Transfer Agreement for more details.
