How do I find my verification code?
Sometimes it takes a minute or two to receive the email, phone call, or text.
Email: If you're expecting an email but don't see it, you can check your spam or junk folder in case it accidentally ended up there. Make sure you're checking the right email address. If you can't find your verification code that has been emailed to you, you can request a new code by clicking Send New Code.
Enter your verification code from the email, phone call, or text on the Enter your code screen.
If you're unable to get the email, phone call, or text or use the verification code, contact Customer Support from the Support link at the top of your screen.
