When can I claim the Fuel Tax Credit for nontaxable use of undyed kerosene (not aviation kerosene)?

Only the ultimate purchaser of the kerosene can claim this credit.

Nontaxable use includes use as heating oil and in a motorboat. You can claim the credit for these uses with Type of Use code 8.
