What is the recapture of the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit?

If you took the Alternative Fuel Vehicle Refueling Property Credit on Form 8911 and the property that you took the credit for no longer meets the requirements to be eligible for the credit, you may need to repay, or recapture, the credit that you took.
