If your Form 1095-A doesn't have amounts in Column B, Monthly Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan (SLCSP) Premium, then you'll need to contact the Marketplace you obtained insurance from to get that amount. Contact information for state exchanges can be found at irs.gov . If you used the federal Marketplace to obtain health insurance, you can use the lookup tool at healthcare.gov  to find the amount to enter.
