There is no longer a federal requirement to have health insurance, and there is no penalty for not having coverage in 2025.

However, if you had health insurance through the federal health insurance marketplace (HealthCare.gov) or a state marketplace, you should still report it using Form 1095-A on the Marketplace Health Insurance page mentioned above.
