What are Forms 1095-B and 1095-C?

These are forms that show your health insurance. Forms 1095-B and 1095-C are for your records only and no longer need to be included on your federal tax return unless you're self-employed and deducting health insurance as a business expense. You may also be prompted to enter these later on if you file a state return for a state with a health insurance mandate.
