Why do you need to know about my Federal Marketplace health insurance coverage?

The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) allows premium tax credits for eligible individuals getting health coverage through the marketplace. If you qualify, you either chose to have the credit sent to your insurer during 2025, or you will claim the credit on your 2025 tax return.
