If I filed a return with FreeTaxUSA last year, should I create a new account this year?
No, you don't need to create a new account each year that you file your return with FreeTaxUSA.
If you filed with FreeTaxUSA in a prior year, you can just sign in this year using the same username and password. That way you'll be able to access all of your prior year returns under the same account. If you sign in using the same account, we'll also roll over your prior year information for you (at no extra charge) to simplify the filing process.
If you forgot your username or password, click "Forgot username or password?" on the Sign In screen.
