Oklahoma Extension

If you don't owe tax to Oklahoma and you file a valid federal extension, the due date of your Oklahoma return is automatically extended to October 15th.

If you owe tax to Oklahoma OR you aren't filing a federal extension, you'll need to file an Oklahoma extension and pay any tax due by the April deadline. An Oklahoma extension extends your filing deadline to October 15th, but not your tax payment deadline.

For help filling out a federal or Oklahoma extension (or both), visit Menu Path: Account > File an Extension. You'll need to mail in your completed Oklahoma extension (Form 504-I) with any payment when you're done.
