Employer Disability:
Menu Path: Income > Common Income > Retirement Income (1099-R)
Government Disability: Menu Path: Income > Common Income > Social Security Benefits (SSA-1099)
If the disability benefits are from your old employer, you should have received a 1099-R, and it would be reported on the Retirement Income (Form 1099-R) screen. If you received Social Security disability income, then you will enter it on the Social Security Benefits (Form SSA-1099) screen.
