Applied Overpayment

Menu Path: Misc > Payments > 2025 Estimated Tax Payments

If you applied your 2024 federal tax refund to your 2025 federal estimated tax payments, enter that applied overpayment on the 2025 Estimated Tax Payments screen.

However, if you want to apply this year's federal tax refund to next year's estimated tax payments (instead of receiving your refund this year), enter it here:
