Enter on the Deductible Taxes Paid screen.
In some states, the property tax portion of the annual registration (Cars, RV's, Boats) is deductible on Schedule A as an Itemized Deduction. It depends on whether the registration fee is just a fee or whether it is an actual tax based on the value of the vehicle. Fees aren't deductible, but the property tax portion is deductible on Schedule A.
