CP 515 Notice

What is the CP 515 notice?
This notice is a request for a tax return. IRS records show that you didn't file a tax return for the year listed on the notice. You should file the return as soon as possible. Otherwise, they'll prepare the return for you and assume you only had income and no deductions.

If you filed a return, but they didn't record the return on their computer system, just sign in to your account and print a copy of your return or make a photocopy of the return and mail it to the IRS.
