The IRS notice is telling you that changes were made to your return that have resulted in a balance due. This is the first reminder from them.
What do I have to do?
If you agree with their changes, pay the amount due as shown on the notice. If you don't agree with the changes, write or call the IRS at the address or phone number listed on the notice.
