Are passwords cAsE-sEnSiTiVe?
Yes. The password you choose for your account is case-sensitive, which means that capitalization matters. If you use an upper-case letter or lower-case letter in your password, then the software will only recognize your password if you use the same upper-case or lower-case letters.
For example, if your password is "Flowers" and you enter "flowers" as the password when you try to sign in to your account, the password will be rejected. If your caps lock is on and you type in "FLOWERS," your password will also be rejected. The password, in this example, needs to be entered as "Flowers."
