To ensure you're satisfied with the service, we don't ask for payment until you've completed the preparation process and are ready to file your returns.

Even though e-filing is included as part of our service, we cannot guarantee that your returns will complete the e-filing process successfully. Sometimes there are circumstances outside of our control that may require you to mail your returns.
