I never received an email from FreeTaxUSA to let me know the status of my filed tax return.

Please check your spam/junk folder. Some email service providers may put the emails we send about your account (acceptance, rejection, account recovery, verification, etc.) into the junk folder of your email account. The best way to ensure you receive emails from us is to add our support address, support@support.freetaxusa.com, to your contact list or list of trusted senders.

If you would like to verify the status of your filed tax return without the verification email, you may also sign into your account and visit the Check Status / Print Tax Return page found in the Final Steps menu.
