Where do I enter the Self-Employment Tax Deduction?
You don't need to enter this yourself. If you have self-employment tax from your Schedule C or Schedule F, we automatically calculate the self-employment tax deduction for you.
You can view the calculation, once all of your information is added, on Line 13 of the Schedule SE which carries to Line 15 of the Schedule 1. Both are included with your tax forms found on the bottom of the Summary screen.
If you don't see the deduction, look to see if your expenses are more than your income.
