Did you e-file my tax return?
You are the only one who can file your return with the IRS from your account on our website. If you have not selected to send it in to be e-filed, it has not been sent. To see whether your return was e-filed, sign in to your account and go to the FreeTaxUSA Check Status/Print Tax Return screen. This can be found under the Final Steps tab on the menu bar. The status of your return(s) will be located on this screen.
If you are not able to access this screen, your return has not been e-filed. You will need to go to the Electronic Signature (E-file PIN) screen found under the Final Steps tab. Continue to the Submit Return for Processing screen. At the bottom of that screen is the Send Tax Return button. Once you click on the Send Tax Return button, the tax return will be e-filed.
