On the menu there are several forms I need to enter that have grayed out links. How can I access these forms to enter my information?

We'll walk through important questions in a step by step process. You can only use the menu to visit areas of the software that you have already visited. You cannot use the menu to jump ahead to areas of the software that you have not yet visited.

Once you reach the Federal Summary screen, you can use the menu to visit any screen in the federal tax return area. Once you reach the State Summary page, you can use the menu to visit any state screen.
