A system error occurred when I clicked the button to submit my return. Is my return e-filed?
Menu Path: Final Steps > Step 3 - Submit Tax Return > Check Status/Print Tax Return
Sign in to your account again, and go to the FreeTaxUSA View Return Status and Print Your Copy screen in the Final Steps menu. The status of your return(s) will be located on this screen.
If you are not able to access this screen, your return has not be e-filed. You will need to fill out the remaining pages of the Final Steps tab in order to e-file your return. Once you have reached the Submit Your Return for Processing screen, please click the Send Tax Return button again.
