The program ended before I could complete my return. The screen froze up on me. What should I do?

Sign back in to your account. All of your information will still be in place. The only information that could have been lost would be any changes you were entering on the screen you were at when the screen froze. So return to the screen that you were at when the screen froze and make sure the information is correct on that screen; then continue preparing your tax return.
