I entered my military moving expenses. Why are they not showing up on the tax return on Form 3903?

Menu Path: Deductions/Credits > Other Deductions/Credits > Military Moving Expenses

Check the amount on the moving reimbursement line. If the amount of moving reimbursement from your employer exceeds the moving costs, then you won't receive a moving deduction.
