I am trying to enter my information and I keep getting the following error message: Invalid Characters

You will get that error message when you try to enter a character that is not allowed in a field. For example, if you type your name in the box that asks for wages on your W-2, you will get the error message of "You entered the following invalid characters" since only numbers are allowed in the wages box.
